Whether you’re leading a small group, teaching a sacramental class, or giving a short talk, this role is about helping others understand, ask questions, and grow. If you can explain, listen, and encourage, you already have what it takes.
Relational & Mentorship
This is ministry at its core—showing up, building trust, and walking with someone over time. You don’t need a script or a theology degree. Just consistency, care, and the ability to be present. The relationships you build here are what people remember most.
Hospitality & Welcoming Presence
Evangelization often begins long before a lesson—it begins the moment someone walks through the door. This role is about creating a space where people feel known, safe, and invited into something deeper. A genuine welcome, a remembered name, a simple “I’m glad you’re here” can open hearts in ways words alone cannot. As our parish grows more intentionally evangelical and prayerful, hospitality becomes mission: helping every person encounter not just a friendly face, but the love of Christ through it.
Care & Support
Not every role is upfront—and that’s a good thing. This is the kind of service that makes everything else possible. Simple acts like providing snacks or helping behind the scenes create an environment where people can relax, connect, and belong.
Bilingual & Cultural Connection
Faith Formation should feel like home for every family. If you can help bridge language or culture, you play a powerful role in making that happen. This is about creating access, connection, and belonging across our entire community.
Accompaniment in Sacraments
These are important moments in someone’s life—and they deserve care and attention. This role is about walking closely with individuals as they prepare for the sacraments, helping them feel confident, supported, and truly ready.
Leadership & Ownership
If you naturally take initiative or enjoy guiding others, this is where you thrive. Leadership here isn’t about being in charge—it’s about setting the tone, building a strong team, and helping create something meaningful that lasts.
Flexible Schedule
Not everyone can commit every week—and that’s okay. There are still meaningful ways to be part of this mission. Whether you help occasionally or step in where needed, your presence makes a real difference.
