This is where you help shape the culture, not just participate in it. Leadership & Ownership roles are for those who are ready to take initiative, invest in a team, and help build something that lasts. This isn’t about having all the answers or doing everything perfectly—it’s about being dependable, stepping in when needed, and setting the tone through your presence and example. You help create consistency, support other volunteers, and ensure that what we’re building is strong, intentional, and rooted in mission. As our Faith Formation programs grow, strong leaders are essential—not to carry everything alone, but to help guide, encourage, and bring out the best in others.
