Ministry Resources
Bulletin Request
The bulletin is the most important place to put your upcoming ministry events! A bulletin is placed in the hand of nearly every parishioner who attends Mass on the weekend.
Your event must be approved and scheduled on the parish calendar BEFORE you pursue an article in the bulletin.
Please submit your content at least one month prior to the weekend you would like to begin seeing your submission. Bulletin deadlines are subject to change during Advent and Lent. These deadlines are based on our printer's deadlines.
Deadlines are posted EACH WEEK on the last page of our bulletin.

Update Your Contact Information Here!
From time to time, your ministry leader may change. Use this form to update your ministry leader's contact information. Thank you for helping us keep our website up to date!

Webpage Request
In today's world, our website is a crucial tool for growing and maintaining our ministries. Parishioners are visiting our website for vital information on Mass times, meetings, and events everyday. Information you submit here will guide our parishioners from the "Ministries" tab to your ministry's very own webpage. This webpage can be used to describe your ministry, your purpose, and your meeting times.
The information we gather here for your webpage will also be used to update our "Ministries Wall" under the TV monitor in the Gathering Area.

A Practical Guide for Sharing Your Ministry with the Parish
The Ministry Communications and Media Guide is a practical resource designed to help parish ministries share their work clearly, consistently, and effectively across St. John Vianney’s communication platforms. This guide answers common questions such as how to promote events, submit bulletin requests, use social media and TV monitors appropriately, communicate within your ministry through Flocknote, and understand approval processes. It provides clarity on roles, timelines, and best practices so ministry leaders can spend less time navigating logistics and more time focusing on their mission. Whether you are a new leader or have been serving for years, this guide serves as a shared reference to ensure our parish communicates with unity, accuracy, and purpose.
