Relational & Mentorship

These roles focus on building consistent relationships and walking with students over time:

This is where ministry becomes personal. Relational & Mentorship roles are less about programs and more about people—showing up consistently, building trust, and walking alongside students as they grow in faith and in life. You’re not expected to have all the answers or deliver perfect words. What matters most is your presence: listening well, remembering names, noticing when someone is struggling, and celebrating the small wins. Over time, those simple moments build real relationships—and those relationships are often what open the door for deeper faith. If you can be consistent, approachable, and genuinely care about others, you already have everything you need to make a lasting impact. You won’t do this alone—you’ll be part of a team that supports, equips, and grows together.

Scroll down and discover where you belong.

You may not remember every lesson—but you will remember the people who walked with you. This is your chance to be that person.
