Accompaniment in

Sacramental Journeys

These roles focus on walking closely with individuals preparing for the sacraments.

The sacraments mark some of the most meaningful moments in a person’s life—and no one should walk toward them alone. This role is about more than teaching content; it’s about accompanying individuals as they prepare to encounter Christ in a real and personal way. It requires patience, attentiveness, and a willingness to meet people where they are, especially those who may feel behind, uncertain, or returning after time away. You become a steady guide—helping build confidence, answering questions, and creating space for grace to take root. As our parish grows in its commitment to evangelization, this kind of accompaniment is essential: forming not just understanding, but readiness of heart.
