Communication

and Teaching

These roles center on sharing the faith in ways that are clear, engaging, and meaningful—whether in a classroom, small group, or larger setting.

If you have a desire to share your faith—even in simple, everyday ways—this is a place for you. Communication and teaching in Faith Formation isn’t about having all the answers or giving perfect lessons. It’s about helping others encounter truth, ask real questions, and grow in their understanding of who God is. Whether you’re leading a sacramental class, guiding a Bible study, or offering a short talk, your role is to make the faith accessible, engaging, and alive. You’ll be supported with resources and a team alongside you, so you’re never doing this alone. If you can listen well, speak honestly, and meet people where they are, you already have the foundation to make a lasting impact.

You don’t need to be a professional teacher—just someone willing to share, listen, and grow alongside others.
