Hospitality & Welcoming roles are about creating an environment where people feel seen, comfortable, and invited into something deeper the moment they arrive. A genuine smile, learning someone’s name, noticing a new face, or simply walking with someone into the room can make the difference between someone staying or never coming back. As our parish grows more intentionally evangelical and prayerful, this role becomes mission: helping every person encounter not just a friendly atmosphere, but the love of Christ through real, human connection. You don’t need special training—just warmth, attentiveness, and a heart for people. Small moments of welcome open the door to something much bigger.
